2025 Photo Gala Submissions Are Open
We hope to see you at the Photo Gala at the Campanile Center for the Arts at 5 PM on Saturday, February 15.
To upload your entries to the Northwoods Wildlife Center’s Photo Gala, select one of the categories below. You are not restricted to just one category. After you uploaded your photos, you can navigate to other categories and upload more. When you are all done, make sure to complete your submission by going to the shopping cart and checking out.

Submit/Upload Bugs and Blooms Photos
Select optionsPhotos of bumblebees, butterflies, spiders, or your favorite creepy crawlies along with beautiful pictures of your favorites flower species.

Submit/Upload Naturescapes Photos
Select optionsYour best photos of sunsets, valleys, lakes, rivers, mountains, fields, forests, night skys and any other landscape photo you want to submit to the Photo Gala.

Submit/Upload North American Wildlife Photos
Select optionsUpload your favorite or best photos of birds, mammals, and fish that are native to the United States, Canada or Mexico. All entry fees and proceeds go towards wildlife rescue, rehabilitation and education.

Submit/Upload People In Nature Photos
Select optionsPhotos of people hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, climbing, or anything that shows people enjoying the great outdoors in ways that are non-destructive to nature or wildlife. Images of people in motorized vehicles will be rejected.

Submit/Upload Professional Photos
Select optionsIf you consider yourself a professional photographer, this category is for you to show off your skills, artistic talent while supporting wildlife rescue, rehabilitation and education.
- Please keep your photo subject matter to North-American Wildlife, Naturescapes, Bugs and Blooms, People in Nature and/or Pets.
- The “Photo of the Year” is only awarded to amateur photos submitted to the North-American Wildlife Categories.
- Professional Photographers are eligible to win People’s Choice awards for their submissions.
- Professional Photographer’s photos can have their website and names displayed on the photo label/tag.
- Photos deemed offensive, advocating violence, or political may be rejected from the competition.
- Unless authorized by the photographer, The Northwoods Wildlife Center will not sell , or authorize the sale of any photos that are submitted to the Photo Gala Contest.
- The Northwoods Wildlife Center may use the photos in emails, social media posts, news letters and other marketing for promoting the contest and/or announcing the winners.
- You must be the photographer and sole holder of all copyright related to any photos submitted to the Northwoods Wildlife Center.
