Wildlife Education

At the Northwoods Wildlife Center, we believe that understanding and appreciating wildlife is essential to preserving our quality of life and ensuring a healthy, beautiful world for future generations. Our wildlife education programs bring you face-to-face with the animals that share our forests, lakes, and skies — and the people who work tirelessly to protect them.
Whether you’re a curious child, an avid nature lover, a teacher, or a community group organizer, our programs are designed to inspire wonder, spark curiosity, and deepen your connection to the natural world. We offer free and paid events, guided tours, and interactive outreach programs for:

  • School and homeschool groups
  • Families and individuals
  • Special events, camps, and resorts
  • Lake associations, clubs, and community groups
